  67.  Unzip the RNQ1_01.ZIP file in in the directory that your bbs stores logon
  68. screens. Run the Install.exe.
  69. Add a line to whatever batch file your bbs runs either before or after a
  70. user logs on or off your board. Every time it is run, it adds a different
  71. quote to the ansi file.
